help in access instance in openstack

hi,
Hi I successfully installed nova using link http://uksysadmin.wordpress.com/tag/virtual/
After creating key pair, ran instance using the image But unable to do SSH to the created instance.
it tels me
ssh: connect to host 10.0.0.5 port 22: No route to host
